This guide walks you through creating your account, connecting your tools, and the key features worth exploring first. If you run into anything, reach out and we will sort it out.

Getting started

Create your CRM

Go to clianta.online

Open your browser, head to clianta.online, click Sign Up, and create your account with your work email.

Create your workspace

Once signed in, you will be prompted to create a workspace. This is where your team's pipeline and contacts live. Give it your company name and continue.

Answer the AI agent

The setup agent asks a few questions about your business and sales process. Answer naturally. It uses your responses to configure your CRM automatically.

Build my CRM

Once the agent has enough context, it generates a setup plan tailored to your team. Review it, hit 'Build my CRM', and your CRM is configured automatically.

Start your free trial

On the next screen, click 'Start free trial' to activate your account. You are in, and your pipeline starts staying up to date automatically.

Connect your tools

Give the AI context to work from

Before Clianta can keep your pipeline updated automatically, connect your email and calendar. Here is how:

    Click your workspace name in the top left corner.

    Open Workspace Settings.

    Click Integrations in the left sidebar.

    Connect Google Calendar and your email (SMTP/IMAP for Gmail, Outlook, Microsoft 365, or any other provider).

What to explore first

CRM

The core of Clianta. From the left sidebar you reach your Dashboard (a real-time overview of sales activity and pipeline health), Contacts (every lead and customer, kept up to date automatically), Companies (accounts with their associated contacts and deals), and Pipelines (deal stages that update as conversations progress).

Co-Pilot

Your AI CRM assistant. Ask about your pipeline, contacts, and deals in plain language, like 'What are my at-risk deals this quarter?' or 'Give me a weekly activity summary'. It pulls answers directly from your CRM data, so there is no digging through records.

AI Jobs

Automations that run whenever something happens in your CRM: a meeting ends, a deal moves stage, an email reply arrives. The agent reads the context and either proposes an action for your approval or acts directly. Activate any of the 14 prebuilt templates (Deal Won, Deal Lost, Stale Deal follow-ups, and more) in one click, or build your own.

Sequences

One-to-one outreach at scale. Enroll a contact and they move through a preset cadence of personalized emails, spaced out and sent from your connected inbox on business days only, within a sending window you control. Use them for cold outreach, post-demo follow-ups, or re-engagement. Find them under Automation.

Workflows

Automate multi-step actions triggered by CRM events like a contact being created, a deal moving stage, or a form submission. Chain emails, delays, and conditions into a single flow. The Nurture Cold Leads workflow sends an intro email, waits 5 days, follows up, waits 7 days, then sends a final check-in, with zero manual effort. Find Workflows under Automation.

Reports

Build custom dashboards tailored to what your team tracks. Add widgets for pipeline value, win rate, deal stages, conversion rates, revenue won, and more, then arrange them however you like. Every dashboard auto-refreshes with live data. Compare periods, apply filters, and share with your team. Find Reports under Analytics.

Meetings

A central view of every scheduled and past conversation with your contacts. Connect Google Calendar and meetings sync automatically, with no manual logging. Once a meeting ends, AI Jobs can extract action items, update the deal stage, or draft a follow-up. Find Meetings under Communication.

Developer SDK

Track visitor activity directly inside your web app. The SDK installs in minutes, supports Next.js, React, Vue, Angular, and Svelte, and needs no changes to your existing auth code. Identified visitors appear in the Visitors section of your sidebar, giving your team full context on who is on your site and when.
